The Project

The project focuses on the EU’s rules on artificial intelligence, with specific reference to the use of new technologies in the various procedural stages, taking into account the specificities of the sectors (civil, criminal, administrative). Attention will be devoted to the protection of fundamental rights. In particular, a specific module on the topics covered by the project will be activated within the framework of the EU Law, Digital Administration Law and Administrative Procedural Law courses.
